Typical installation would be as follows:
Double broadcast is required or you will have shadowing and inconsistencies with a single broadcast.
Diamond grind or shotblast entire floor.
Apply pigmented CFS-Low Viscosity Primer@ 200 sq.ft. per gallon, let cure overnight.
Apply Basecoat of CFS-Clear Epoxy Binder @180 sq.ft. per gallon
Apply first Quartz Broadcast +/- 1/3 lb. per sq.ft.
Sweep excess quartz off floor.
Interior application: Apply Intermediate coat of CFS-Clear Epoxy Binder (not uv stable @ 80 sq.ft. per gallon. Exterior application apply intermediate coat of CFS-2C Polyaspartic (for 100% UV resistance).
Apply second Quartz Broadcast +/- 1/3 lb. per sq.ft.
Sweep excess quartz off floor, then vacuum.
Interior application: Apply topcoat of CFS-Clear Epoxy Binder (not uv stable @ 80 sq.ft. per gallon. Exterior application apply intermediate coat of CFS-2C Polyaspartic (for 100% UV resistance).
Allow 72 hour cure before opening up to traffic.
