Terms of Sale
All orders require full payment prior to processing. The purchaser must agree to the “Terms and Conditions” prior to initiating the order. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of all items entered into an order prior to processing the payment. The purchaser will be responsible for any additional costs that occur due to changes made after the order has been processed.

Return / Cancellation Policy
All pigmented materials are custom blended per order therefor ALL PIGMENTED MATERIALS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
All orders canceled, that have not entered the shipping phase, will receive a refund of the original sale total minus a 3% transaction fee.
All non-pigmented orders canceled, that have entered the shipping phase, will incur a 25% restocking fee which will be deducted from the original sale total prior to a refund being issued.
All non-pigmented orders that have been processed, and have entered the shipping phase are required to be returned to Concrete Floor Solutions, Inc. at the purchaser’s expense. All items being returned must be received in the original unopened and undamaged packaging prior to a refund being issued. A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the original sale total prior to a refund being issued.
Any return of items purchased as a kit must include all of the items from the original kit order. No refund will be processed for any kit return request that is missing any item(s) from the original kit order.
Due to packaging variations, all returned items must be shipped back using the same method that was used when the order was received, i.e., UPS or Truck.

Specialty item orders that are not part of our regular inventory, as shown in our online store, including clearance items, cannot be canceled and are non-refundable.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER 30 DAYS FROM THE ORIGINAL ORDER DATE.
Shipping
Our “Free Shipping” offer is only available for orders shipped within the 48 Contiguous United States.
Concrete Floor Solutions ships via multiple shipping companies. All items must be ground shipped and may require additional time to receive. Once the order has entered the shipping phase, any delays that may occur during the delivery process are not the responsibility of Concrete Floor Solutions.
All purchasers will receive delivery tracking and/or contact information for all shipments. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to communicate with the shipping company to ensure safe and secure delivery of the order. Additional shipping or replacement costs, which may include but is not limited to non-secured delivery of order, incorrect address used or not being available to receive a delivery, will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Any damage to delivered products must be reported to Concrete Floor Solutions within 72 hours of receipt.
After the order has been received in good condition and approved by the purchaser, they are solely responsible for the care and control of the entire order and the condition of all items included.
Products / Packaging
All epoxy orders are custom mixed for each order. Slight color variations may occur if the same color is part of a different order and lot number. Concrete Floor Solutions is not responsible for, and there are no warranties that cover color match if epoxies are not ordered together and are not part of the same lot number.
Material colors, as shown on the website and other marketing materials, are digital representations and may vary slightly from the actual materials received.
At times, Concrete Floor Solutions packaging may vary from the online store or website photos. All our products are shipped as described on our website and technical data sheets.
It is strongly advised that purchasers review all of the information within the technical/safety data sheets prior to placing an order and prior to the use of the product.
Application and Appearance
The purchaser is solely responsible for the proper preparation, application and final appearance of the flooring project.
Concrete Floor Solutions assumes no responsibility for the preparation, installation and final appearance of any flooring project.
There are certain tire plasticizers that are able to discolor any brand epoxy / polyaspartic available today, including ours. We are not responsible for plasticizer discoloration within any of our coatings.
Concrete Floor Solutions will not be held liable for any labor costs, damages and/or any other charges as related to any flooring project.
California Residents
WARNING: Some products contain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer and other reproductive harm. Concrete Floor Solutions will not ship any of these items to California as stated in the description of select products.
