This product is a three component, 100% solids epoxy mortar designed for cove base surface applications. This product has specially selected aggregate and ingredients to provide easy construction of cove bases with the use of a marginal trowel or other cove base application tools. Recommended for any type of cove base applications. Simply mix the epoxy, mix in the aggregate and trowel on wall.
18 pound kits are easier to mix and work with. Product must be mixed and placed within +/- 23 minutes before epoxy starts to gel.
Comes in a plastic bucket with Part A and Part B cans of epoxy in the supplied sand within the bucket.
The epoxy cove mortar will apply easier to a vertical surface when using our CFS-Epoxy Cove Wet Prime first.
Mix Part A and Part B epoxy together first, then mix in 1/2 of the sand, then the other half of the sand and you are ready to go.
Available in Natural color only.

Approximate Coverage:
+/- 1 pound cove mortar per ft. for 4″ cove.
+/- 1.3 pounds cove mortar per ft. for 6″ cove
Each 18 pound kit .125 cubic ft. yields approximately 16-20′ of cove 4″ high / Â 12-14′ of cove 6″ high
Each 36 pound kit .25 cubic ft. yields approximately 30-40′ of cove 4″ high. / 27-29′ of cove 6″ high.
