This material has become the premier product contractors turn to for quick turnaround repairs. Extreme fast cure time reduces downtime that traditional repair epoxies possess.
Ultra low viscosity designed to penetrate to the bottom of the crack and weld the crack together again as opposed to surface (bandaid) repairs that will not last.
Designed for interior use, NOT UV stable and not considered a cosmetic repair. Typically used to repair cracks before applying Epoxy or Polyaspartic flooring systems.
CFS-Fast Set is a very low viscosity, extremely fast setting two-component hybrid polyurea repair product. Can be mixed with dry sand to make an extremely rapid setting mortar. Great for filling cracks and surface imperfections. Perfect for emergency repairs on areas that cannot be taken out of service for long. Great for fast moving warehouses that cannot be shutdown. Can be used for emergency rapid set repairs to warehouse floors or any interior concrete cracks or repairs. Can withstand forklift traffic within 30 minutes after placement. Use in a well ventilated area.
The product has a 1:1 by volume mix ratio. Mix only an amount of material that can be used in 1 minute if mixing by hand. Mix in ketchup bottle and pour on crack surface. Material will wick into crack and set in minutes OR mix in small container, add sand to make epoxy mortar. Place into spall, trowel smooth, sets in minutes. Grind within 15 minutes to achieve a smooth surface. Make sure surfaces are dry before use.
Cracks may reoccur if concrete continues to move after installation.
