Monthly payments will be calculated based on the net total (sale minus discount and credit card fees) of each individual sale that utilizes your coupon code
At the end of each calendar month the total payment will be calculated based on the net total of each sale that utilized your coupon code (*****) and was received by the customer during that calendar month.
The payment will be processed within the first week of each month for the previous months sales as described above.
